a) Anyone can participate for Speaking
b) Anyone Participating can only participate ( Speak / Talk ) in Prescribed Category only.
c) Prescribed Categories for Participating are as follows
- Public Speaking on any topic
- Motivational talks
- Knowledge sharing as expert
- Business ideas
- Training
- Story telling
- Social issues
- Products & Services
d) Audeinces will get 5 minutes time for Speaking / Taking / Discussion
e) All Audeinces are expected maintain a Silence. Decency & Proper Decorum during the Event.
If Event Co ordinator, Event management team of IPELTalks feels and or Observes that any person is Disrupting, Distrubing Speaker or in any way breaking the Decorum of Event, then IPELTalks event team can remove that person from Event / Event hall.
f) IPELTalks / IPEL Training & Cultural Center will not be responcible for any theft of any one's Belongings

1) This Public Speaking Competition is conducted by Institute of Personal Excellence & Life Skills ( I P E L ).
2) This competition is among the passionate people just to create awareness of public speaking and its importance for human development, we believe that every human is unique and creator in his own capacity, this competition is not to grade anybody.
3) Every participant will be given a Topic.
4) Every participant will get 3 Minutes (180 Seconds) for speech - Total.
5) Participants speech well be video recorded & it will be edited and uploaded on ouryoutube channel IPELTalks . The recorded video will be the property of Institute. ( I P E L ).
6) The participants speech will be judged by our Expert & Trainer Mr. DayawanNagrale( Public speaking trainer ) having 3 years plus experience in this field.
7) Participants have been given complete briefing of competition for Procedure & Rules.
8) During the competition, participants name will be announced for participant and if participant is not available at the venue or not coming to stage for more than 30 seconds then his/her name will be cancelled & deleted from competition and registration fees will not be refunded.
9) Judging for competition will be done on predecided points and structure of competition.
10) In competition, Points / Grading / Remarks given by Judges will be Final & will have to be accepted by every participant.
11) Registration fees paid by participant will not be refunded in any case whatsoever.
